Beetroot Soup (Borscht)
Ingredients

| Beetroot | 3 |
| Olive Oil | 4 tbs |
| Chicken Stock Cube | 1 |
| Water | 6 cups |
| Potatoes | 3 |
| Cannellini Beans | 1 can |
| Dill | Garnish |
Instruction
- Chop the beetroot, add water and stock cube and cook for 15mins
- Add the other ingredients and boil until soft
- Finally add the beans and cook for 5mins
- Serve in the soup pot
