Quick gazpacho

Ingredients

| Passata | 250g |
| Red Pepper | 1 chopped |
| Red Chilli | 1 chopped |
| Garlic | 1 clove peeled crushed |
| Sherry vinegar | 1 teaspoon |
| Lime | Juice of 1/2 |
Instruction
- step 1 In a blender (or with a stick blender), whizz together the passata, red pepper, chilli, garlic, sherry vinegar and lime juice until smooth
- Season to taste, then serve with ice cubes
