Vegetarian Shakshuka
Ingredients

| Red Onions | 1/2 |
| Red Pepper | 1/2 |
| Tomato | 400g |
| Cumin | 1/2 teaspoon |
| Garlic Granules | 1/2 tsp |
| Cayenne Pepper | 1/2 teaspoon |
| Paprika | 1 tsp |
| Egg | 2 |
| Parsley | Garnish |
| Chilli Flakes | Garnish |
| Toast | 2 sliced |
Instruction

Fry onion and pepper together on medium heat until onion is soft

Add garlic granules, cook for a minute

Add chopped tomatoes and remaining spices, stir well

Simmer for about 20 minutes

Make indents for in the sauce and crack an egg into each one

Once egg whites are cooked through, garnish and serve with toast
